A. The Central Florida Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Alliance is a coalition of transportation and government organizations committed to addressing transportation challenges on a regional basis. Q. Where is METROPLAN ORLANDO’s office and how can I get there?
A. Our office is located in downtown Orlando along Lake Eola on Robinson Street in Landmark Center I (one of the two mirrored blue buildings). The street address is 315 E. Robinson Street, Suite 355, Orlando, FL 32801. We are located on the 3rd floor to the left when you step off of the elevator. Q. Are there future plans for mass transit in Central Florida?
A. Yes. Currently, the Orlando Urban Area has only one form of mass transit: bus. However, the METROPLAN ORLANDO and LYNX boards agreed to move forward with a commuter rail project in mid-2004. Click here for information on the commuter rail project. | Back To Top

A. Safety conscious planning, a proactive approach that seeks to develop strategies that make it more difficult for crashes to happen, has been an ongoing priority for METROPLAN ORLANDO.
