Clean Air Month 2008
May of each year is celebrated as Clean Air Month. As such, the Central Florida Clean Air Team conducts a public awareness campaign to inform the public of actions they can take to help keep Central Florida's air clean.
The Central Florida Clean Air Team reaches out to middle school students in Orange, Osceola and Seminole Counties to encourage students to conduct their science fair projects on a clean air related topic.
Eight local students were awarded with the "Clean Air Student" Award and recognized in 2008. Congratulations to the following winners:
