Find out how you’ll be affected at METROPLAN ORLANDO’s public hearing on the area’s five-year transportation plan on June 30, 2008 at 5:30 p.m.
METROPLAN ORLANDO, the transportation planning organization for Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties, will conduct the public hearing in the METROPLAN ORLANDO Board Room, located at 315 East Robinson Street, Suite 355 in downtown Orlando.
The hearing is intended to allow citizens to review and comment on the five-year transportation improvement plan for the area.
The plan schedules immediate improvements to the region’s transportation system. It is updated annually and includes all federal and state funded highway, bicycle/pedestrian, transit, transportation disadvantaged and aviation projects that will be made over the next few years.
Maps showing upcoming transportation projects will be available for review at 5:30 p.m. and the hearing will start at 6:00 p.m.
