Seeking Two New Members for Community Advisory Committee

Posted on: September 28, 2016 in MetroPlan Orlando Advisory Committees

Are you interested in getting more involved in transportation planning? Here’s your chance. We’re filling two vacancies for multimodal advocates on our Community Advisory Committee.

The committee provides citizen input to the transportation planning process and strives to reflect the diversity of the Central Florida community, including those who are underserved or disadvantaged. The committee is structured to include representatives from across the transportation spectrum, including bicyclists, pedestrians, drivers, and transit riders (bus and rail). For more information on the Community Advisory Committee, see the bylaws here.

  • Not be working in the transportation industry
  • Not be serving as elected officials
