Financial Reports

MetroPlan Orlando’s operating budget is drawn from three primary sources: federal grants, state grants, and local per capita assessments. Through the continued support of its funding partners – and accountable and conservative financial administration – MetroPlan Orlando remains in solid financial condition.

Funding partners include:

Unified Planning Work Program

The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is developed for a two-year period and updated annually to target goals and objectives for the organization.  This program also establishes the annual budget.  The UPWP describes work elements, indicates local agency work participation and identifies sources of funding. The current UPWP is included below.

Annual Financial Report

Each year, financial statements for MetroPlan Orlando are audited by an independent accounting firm to ensure sound accounting practices and to provide an outside review of the organization’s financial standing.  The Annual Financial Report for the full audit report for the last fiscal year is included below.
